Deadman's Gambit is a Hard Rock/Metal band from South Florida. Formed January 2013.  The band just released their self titled debut album through Catapult Digital distribution across the world to 183 countries. Shaie Mason on Vocals, Aramis Pantoja on Bass/backing vocals, Ash Ali on Drums, and Patrick Swen who recorded guitars on the album and original member is no longer with the band. Currently seeking out their permanent guitarist, the band has not slowed down. With all star guitar players in hand, they continue to perform with intense high energy.

Shaie Mason's powerful vocals pierce through the heavy low end bass lines, the melodic crunchy riffs and power groove solos, rounded off with Ash's earth shaking drums and southern groove presents Deadman's Gambit as a band on the rise very quickly. They are now focusing on building their fan base around the world. The album from beginning to the end takes you on the journey of what the band has been through as individuals. Shaie Mason deep lyrics is something he shares from his soul and can relate to so many that have gone through Pain, Heartbreak, Triumph, and the will to rise up and stand for what you believe in. Songs like "Walking Off The Death" that take you through just that journey. We all can just put our "Fist into the sand, and Stand cause we got to Live"

The band's first show was 2 weeks from just being form, at South Florida's top National Music venue, The Culture Room in front a packed house celebrating and paying Tribute to the metal giant and influensial band Pantera. The band's debut show was a sucess and quickly gained the opportunity to open for metal giants, Soulfly. On The Maximum Cavalera tour with Lody Kong, and Incite. After tearing up the stage with such raw energy, and songs that just sticks to your brain for weeks. They band was greeted at their merch table by a sea of new fans, lining up for photos, hand shakes, hugs, a free 3 song demo cd, and to purchase merch that included Stickers and a Logo Tshirt. It's shows like this, states Aramis Pantoja "that just drives a band even more to continue to write and perform" Deadman's Gambit also went on and supported cult icon band/performer Green Jelly, and the band Urn from Chicago. With shows circling their South florida home to North FLorida, Deadman's Gambit is a hard working band looking to grow their fan base and to spread through out the united states and then the world. By the looks of it, Deadman's Gambit is doing just that.
